Every Dodja Originals order ships free, wherever you are in the world.

Free worldwide delivery

There is no delivery charge and no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us.

When your order leaves us

We prepare orders within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed. As soon as your order is on its way we email you, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Delivery times

The times below are estimates from the day your order leaves us. Carriers can occasionally take longer, especially at busy times of year or during customs checks.

Following your order

You can follow your order at any time on the Track an order page with your order number and email address, or in your account if you have one.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country's customs service. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel is usually returned to us and we refund the order minus any return costs charged to us.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away at costumercare@dodjafashion.com: we can change the address before your order is dispatched, but not after.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at costumercare@dodjafashion.com or on +44 7984 241004 with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost or damaged, send a replacement or a full refund.
