01Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, and delivery is free on every order, wherever you are. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties by your country.
02How long does delivery take?
We prepare orders within 1 to 2 working days. Estimated delivery times for each region are on our Shipping page, and we email you tracking details when your order is on its way.
03What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange any piece free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Contact customer care with your order number and we will guide you through it.
04Which sizes do you offer?
Most pieces come in XS to 2XL. Each product page shows the sizes available, and the size guide has measurements.
05How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, all processed securely by Stripe. The options available to you are shown at checkout.
06How do I track my order?
Go to Track an order and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. If you have an account, your orders are also listed under My account.
